countdown

This past week was all about the countdown until our vacation. I'm officially on vacation already but Mikey has one more night of work and then we get to check out for a week. We'll be spending time with both of our families.

Here's a recap of last week...
On Saturday, the Wadd family came to visit! It was so great to hang out with them. Kari and I grew up together and I was in their wedding. Kari & Trent seriously have the best behaved 3 & 5 year old kids! Their kids have such great manners. I was so impressed!
The original plan was for Mike to cook us all a great meal, sip wine and have a cigar. But, he had to work so my idea of entertaining was ordering Pizza Luce delivery and still having wine:) Mason exclaimed the (frozen) pizza I made for the kiddos to be "the best EVER!" and Kloe was impressed with how clean our house was. Too cute!

I really miss these guys and hope to spend more time with them in the future.
