Mikey and I decided to take Annie for a 60 minute evening walk. After the walk we split a glass of wine, watched Family Guy and then headed to bed. I was tuckered out!
I started out the morning with the weekly weigh-in. I'm down 1 pound from last week. Sadly, I'm home alone and so the weekly photo will have to wait until Friday or Saturday. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, banana & coffee:

I had a busy morning and so I was pretty hungry for lunch. I had the last veggie sandwich of the week (we're now out of bread) with Wolfgang Puck's chunky vegetable soup. My review: save yourself the money and buy Campbells. This soup was nothing special.

At 3:00 I contemplated buying an Odwalla bar from the book store but managed to get side tracked until the end of the day.
When the clock struck 5:00 I was outta there! In search of food!! I think I need to eat a bigger lunch and incorporate more protein so that I'm not so crazy hungry by dinner time. By 5:30 I had polished this off:

The most exciting part of my day is about to begin. I'm heading to the Haley Bonar concert at Sacred Heart Music Center with Nikki. I LOVE Haley's Big Star album.
Hooray for Friday being almost here. I'm heading to the Christmas City of the North parade tomorrow night with Nellie. She and Bruce have a tradition of eating Coney Dogs before the parade. I've never had one but I'm always willing to try something once!
Coney Dogs??= a really good workout!
